Greyhounds are born into a life of misery with many facing serious injuries and for some, death after racing in this inherently dangerous sport.
The Greyhound Board of Great Britain, the industry’s governing body, has provided death and injury figures for racing greyhounds every year since 2017 and they paint a bleak picture.
Since they started providing figures, a staggering 1,357 greyhounds have died at the trackside from racing between 2017 and 2024, and 35,168 have sustained injuries. One death is too many!
By taking this action you’re going on record making your voice heard and supporting our call to ban greyhound racing for good.
