IT’S TIME FOR CHANGE. IT’S TIME FOR ENGLAND AND WALES TO BAN BREEDING GAME BIRDS IN CAGES.

The UK government says it has an ambitious plan for animal welfare, but more needs to be done to tackle the industrial scale cruelty of the shooting industry.

Hundreds of thousands of game birds are kept in cramped cages just to lay eggs for the shooting industry. Once reared, these non-native birds are released into the countryside to be shot out of the sky for so-called ‘sport’.

Please write to your MP and ask them to support our campaign for England and Wales to end breeding game birds in cages by writing to the Environment Secretary and telling him that it’s time for change.

It’s time for this industrial scale cruelty to end. It’s time to make England and Wales cage-free.
